The cool and lush environment provides ideal growing conditions, resulting in a coffee with a rich and complex flavour profile.

Our coffee is sourced from Campo Alegre, one of the three production plots of Fazenda Samambaia. Located in the heart of Sul de Minas, this sub-farm is surrounded by picturesque landscapes and thriving coffee plants. The attention to detail in the cultivation process is evident in every cup, as the beans are handpicked and sun-dried to ensure maximum flavour.
