OUR FOUNDER
This is our founder, Joe. As well as being a coffee fanatic, his other passion is aviation. During his career as a pilot, Joe sought out the finest coffee in every destination he visited.
Joe created Altitude Coffee London with one wish, for everyone to experience the best coffee at home. That’s what we do, find great coffees, expertly roast them and deliver directly to you.
SUSTAINABILITY
We strive to be as environmentally sensitive as possible. Our coffee waste is given to a local organic farmer. The waste is composted and used as fertiliser for organic fruit and veg.
Our new coffee bags are made from plant starch and are fully compostable, included the zip lock and air valve.
ETHICAL COFFEE SOURCING
At Altitude our goal is to provide you with the finest, ethically sourced coffee. Our sourcing partners Mercanta have been at the pinnacle of specialty coffee for over 25 years.
We have a fantastic relationship with Mercanta. We work together to find the best tasting coffees, grown by dedicated and passionate producers.
FRESH EVERY TIME
Like any food, coffee deteriorates over time. Every bag of coffee you buy from us will have a “roasted on” date. This is the mark of quality coffee.
By knowing when your own bag was roasted, you can rest assured that you are always drinking your brew at peak freshness.
At Altitude Coffee we promise your beans will always be roasted within 7 days of you ordering them.

Our beautiful roaster truly is a work of art. Handmade in The Netherlands, Giesen roasters are considered amongst the finest in the world and are the go to machine for roasting competitions.
Meticulous attention to detail using the highest quality materials and latest technical innovations ensures that each coffee bean reaches its full flavour potential.

We source the finest specialty grade, organic coffees from across the globe. Delivered directly to your door. Coffee is always shipped using next day delivery to ensure it reaches you asap.
We’ve designed our packaging (250g bags) so the Postie can pop it straight through your letterbox. There won’t be any disappointment of a missed parcel.
